Website Returns Policy
Effective November 9, 2007
Fibers and canvases ordered through The Point of It All’s website may be returned for a full refund within two weeks of receipt of goods. Fibers and canvases must be in their original condition and accompanied with a sales receipt. After two weeks, all sales will be considered final. Fiber dye lots change therefore accepting returns after two weeks would compromise our ability to provide a consistent product. If you have excess fibers, we would be happy to work them into your next project.
No returns will be accepted on sale or clearance items.
Please note that the return policy for website orders differs from purchases made in the shop.

Orders $75.00 and over are shipped for free. All orders under $75.00 are shipped at a flat rate of $6.50.
At this time, we can only ship within the United States. Please contact Susan Battle at 202 966 9898 or contact us if you would like to place an international order.
