Returns and Special Orders Policy

Canvases, in their original condition and with sales receipt, may be exchanged for store credit within one week of purchase. After one week, all sales will be considered final. Store credit will be given ONLY with a copy of the receipt. No returns will be accepted on sale or clearance items. 

All fiber sales are final. If you have excess fibers, we would be happy to work them into your next project. Fiber dye lots change therefore accepting returns would compromise our ability to provide a consistent product.

A deposit is required on special-order canvases and fibers. The Point of It All will contact customers when special orders arrive in the shop; we will hold canvases and fibers for 30 days. If, after the thirty day time period has elapsed, and we have not heard from you, all special orders will be returned to inventory and the customer will forfeit any deposit.
