Digital only. After checkout, an email with the gift card code is sent to the address entered at checkout, usually within a minute or two. Buying it as a present? Enter your own email and forward it when you're ready, or let us know and we'll help time the send.
Yes, the code works at checkout on this site, and we can look it up in the shop on MacArthur Blvd for in-person purchases. Bring the email (printed or on your phone) and we'll take it from there.
Gift cards do not expire. Any unused balance stays on the card and can be spent across as many orders or shop visits as you like until it reaches zero.
Gift cards are non-refundable and can't be exchanged for cash, but the balance never expires, so it's always there when the right canvas comes along. See our returns policy for full details.
No problem, as long as the code hasn't been redeemed, we can resend it or reissue to a different address. Send us a note with your order number and we'll sort it.
