Because canvases are hand-painted and threads come in dye lots, we handle returns carefully. Here's how it works.

Canvases
Canvases, in their original condition and with sales receipt, may be exchanged for store credit within one week of purchase. After one week, all sales will be considered final. Store credit will be given ONLY with a copy of the receipt. No returns will be accepted on sale or clearance items.
Fibers & threads
All thread sales are final. If you have excess threads, we would be happy to work them into your next project. Thread dye lots change therefore accepting returns would compromise our ability to provide a consistent product.
Gift cards & final sale
Gift cards, sale items, and pre-order deposits are non-refundable.
How to start a return
Email us at tpoiamanager@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Buyer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
