What we collect
When you shop with us, we collect the information you give us at checkout, your name, email, and shipping address, plus the products you look at and add to your basket so we can improve the shop. Payments are handled by Shopify, so your card details go directly to Shopify and we never see or store them.
How we use it
- To process and ship your order.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and (if you opt in) occasional shop news.
- To answer questions you send through our contact form.
- To detect fraud and keep the site running smoothly.
Who we share with
We use trusted providers to run the shop: Shopify (payments and orders), our shipping carriers, and email tools we use to answer your questions. We do not sell your information.
Cookies
We use small first-party cookies to remember your basket and preferences, and privacy- respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can clear cookies any time in your browser.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@thepointofitallonline.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
The shop is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
