Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email once payment is captured. Prices, availability, and product details can change without notice; if we can't fulfill something you ordered, we'll contact you and refund the difference.
Pricing & taxes
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Intellectual property
Canvas designs are the property of their respective designers. Photographs, text, and illustrations on this site are owned by The Point of It All or used with permission. Please don't reproduce them without asking.
User content
If you send us photos of finished work or share your work with the shop, you grant us permission to feature it in social posts or the blog with credit. Let us know if you'd rather we didn't.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Point of It All is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or products purchased. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Washington, DC.
